Coaching

Integral coaching is not just about the mental and physical level, but also about your emotions and soul. As a coach, I accompany you, observe, am curious, and ask questions. You are the expert in your life; deep down, you know what is right for you. I offer you help to help yourself and guide the process so that you can define and achieve your goals.

A session lasts between 60 and 90 minutes.

Depending on the topic, I recommend planning on 1 to 5 sessions.

I would be delighted to accompany you on your journey through life!

How does a session work?

Each session follows a clear structure that provides guidance and creates space for what really matters: your issue. We begin by clarifying any open questions, and then you can share what's currently on your mind. I listen carefully, ask questions, and together we work to uncover the core of your concern.

You'll then formulate a clear goal for the session—or sometimes an overarching goal emerges immediately, which serves as a compass for our entire collaboration. Once the goal is clear, we'll begin working on finding solutions. I'll support you with appropriate methods, always solution-oriented and on an equal footing.

Finally, we summarize the most important findings and consider possible next steps together.

Which methods are used?

I am a certified Integral Coach and a Master Practitioner in NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming). I am currently training to become a Corporate Mentor/Coach with a specialization in Resilience and Stress Coaching. Which methods from which training are used depends entirely on your situation and needs.

What is NLP and how can it help in coaching?

NLP – which stands for Neuro-Linguistic Programming – is a powerful approach in coaching and personal development. It is based on the insight that our thoughts, feelings, and behavioral patterns can be influenced by language and inner images. The goal of NLP is to consciously shape these processes and thus facilitate change on a mental, emotional, and behavioral level.

Taking responsibility and shaping change

At the heart of NLP coaching is the client's willingness to take responsibility for their own thoughts and actions. Professional support fosters the ability to recognize limiting patterns, adopt new perspectives, and sustainably change their own behavior. This process of change is a significant step in personal development – and opens up new paths for growth and quality of life.

New decisions – more freedom

NLP helps you make clearer and more conscious decisions—a key prerequisite for success and satisfaction in both your personal and professional life. Coaching often reveals unconscious blockages, social influences, or familial beliefs that have previously unnoticed influenced your path. By recognizing and changing these patterns, space is created for an authentic life in harmony with your own values and goals.

Understanding old patterns – taking new paths

Behaviors that may have been useful or necessary in the past can be a hindrance in our current life. Our experiences, social environment, and early-learned beliefs shape us deeply – and not all of these influences support us on our path. Even if problematic behaviors are logically recognized, emotional blockages can prevent us from changing anything. This is precisely where NLP comes in.

Profound change through targeted methods

NLP coaching uses a variety of techniques that actively engage the subconscious. This allows new thought and behavior patterns to be established in a simple and effective way. In some cases, mild hypnotic states are also used to deepen access to inner experience and enhance the effectiveness of the coaching.

Efficient and solution-oriented

Many issues can be resolved in just one or two sessions; more complex concerns typically require between three and five. Compared to traditional therapy methods, NLP often offers faster and more lasting results—solution-oriented, practical, and tailored to individual needs.
